We suggest that photos are uploaded at 2 to 4 mb.

What you as the photographer upload is what the customer will receive when purchasing. Reducing the image size will ensure faster upload speeds for you and the specified size is still a high quality digital download that can be printed by the customer if needed. 

If you need to reduce your images but do not have photoshop you can search youtube for others videos on how to do this through other programs.
