Video upload and play works the same way as photos. Videos will have a play button to distinguish them from photos in the gallery.

Video works in conjunction with our selfie search technology. The video will start from the first point the person is featured. When purchasing the video the customer will receive the entire clip.

Upload videos by just one click or drag and drop. Uploading videos can be done together with photos.

Instead of wasting time on converting videos, we support all video formats.

Video file upload size currently limited to 250MB (around 5 minutes). We do not cut up long form videos, you will need to cut the videos up yourself or use software to do this. There is no limit to the amount of video clips you can upload. Most customers will be downloading video to their phone therefore long form videos could take up a lot of space on their device and is harder for them to share on social media. Shorter clips prevent issues on your customers end.

If the photos and videos are uploaded to the single event then they all share the same price. You can create a new event to price videos differently from your photos.

Uploading speed may vary depending on internet speed and file sizes. There is a short processing time for videos to display depending on how many videos you upload all at once.
