Here's an explanation of the differences in access between a team photographers and invited photographers:

Team Photographer:

  • Password Management: Can view the event password in gallery page but cannot update it through the manage event page.

  • Event Privacy: Has the ability to change the privacy settings of the event.

  • Album Access: Can only view and upload to the albums they’ve created; access to other event albums is restricted. (to request upload access to all albums contact support)

  • Upload Complete Button: Cannot mark "Upload Complete" across all photos in the manage event page.

  • Event Editing: Cannot edit or update any event details.

  • Event Deletion: Has permission to delete the event.

  • Curate and Tag: Can curate and tag content (organise and manage photos), but does not have the option to delete curated items.

Invited Photographer:

  • Password Management: Can view the event password in gallery page but cannot update it through the manage event page.

  • Event Privacy: Cannot modify the privacy settings of the event.

  • Album Access: Can only view and upload to the albums they’ve created; access to other event albums is restricted. (to request upload access to all albums contact support)

  • Upload Complete Button: Cannot mark "Upload Complete" across all photos in the manage event page.

  • Event Editing: Cannot edit or update any event details.

  • Event Deletion: Does not have the permission to delete the event.

  • Curate and Tag: Cannot curate or add tags.

  • Additional Features: Does not have access to the logo overlay feature and may have restricted access to managing the event page, depending on the permissions set by the event organiser.
