Accessibility and restrictions for each role.

The user that created the organisations account is the account "Owner". They can invite other team members through the profile area of their account.


These include:

  1. Account Admin - Manage all account settings including billing and profile areas, are unable to edit main account email, or view bank details. Can manage all event settings.

  2. Account Manager - Upload photos; Create and curate galleries; Create and manage events including update privacy settings and passwords; Invite team members & photographers.

  3. Photographer - Upload photos; Create and curate galleries; Create and manage events.

If you choose to invite photographers to a specific event:

  • Manage Event: You can grant or restrict access to the event management page via settings.

  • Event Editing: Photographers cannot edit or update event details.

  • Event Password: Photographers cannot update the event password through the management page, but they can view it on the event gallery page.

  • Event Privacy: Photographers cannot change the event's privacy settings.

  • Album Access: Photographers can only view the albums they've created; access to other event albums within the organization is restricted. To open access to all albums for a specific photographer contact support@geosnapshot.com

  • Curate and Tag Feature Access: Photographers cannot curate or add tags through the photo upload page.

  • Logo Overlay: Photographers do not have access to the logo overlay feature.

  • Event Deletion: Photographers are not permitted to delete the event.
