If you're looking for school event or graduation photos, here's what you need to know.
When will photos be available?
Photo upload times vary by school and photographer. Typically:
Sports and school event photos: 1 to 5 business days after the event
Graduation photos: possibly up to 1 to 2 weeks after the ceremony
If it's been longer than this, use the Contact Support link on the event page (next to the event date, under the event name) to reach the photographer directly.
How to access your school's photos
Your school will share a link to the photo gallery. If you've lost the link:
Search for your school or event name
Or use face search (selfie search) in the event gallery to find photos of your child
Password-protected galleries
Some schools make their galleries private. You'll need the access password from your school to view the photos. GeoSnapShot support cannot provide school passwords. Please use the Contact Support link on the event page to reach the photographer.
Purchasing school photos
To buy photos, add them to your cart and check out. If your school uses a print provider such as MSP or AdvancedLife, your printed photos will be delivered to the school or your home address as arranged.
