When can I request a payout?
You can request a payout at any time once you have a balance in your GeoSnapShot account. There is no minimum threshold.
How to request a payout
Sign in to your GeoSnapShot account
Go to your Dashboard and select Reports/Payments
Click Request Payment
Choose your preferred payment method (bank transfer or PayPal)
Confirm your payment details are correct
Submit your request
How long does payment take?
Payments are typically processed within 5 business days of your request. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
The first time you request payment may take longer as we need to validate your account.
Payment not received?
If it's been more than 5 business days and your payment hasn't arrived:
Confirm your bank account or PayPal details in your profile are correct
Check that the payment hasn't been returned by your bank
Contact support with your payout request date and account details, we'll investigate
GeoSnapShot commission
GeoSnapShot takes 30% of each photo sale. Your dashboard shows your earnings after commission.
