Your print provider depends on the event or school. Common providers include:

The print provider is usually shown on your order confirmation email.
My order hasn't arrived
Contact your print provider directly. They have full visibility of your order status and delivery tracking. GeoSnapShot cannot access print provider order systems.
I need to change or cancel my order
Contact your print provider as soon as possible. Print orders are processed quickly and changes may not be possible once printing has started.
I received the wrong item
Contact your print provider with your order number and a photo of what you received. They will arrange a replacement.
